Fats, Oil and Grease Treatment

The Grease Trap Module (GTM) creates a near 100% aerobic environment in the grease trap. Bad odors (H2S) are eliminated as anaerobes become dormant. The aerobic Fats Oil and Grease (FOG) microbes in the module chop up the carbon chains of the FOG molecules, denaturing them. The chopped-up FOG molecules become easily consumable BOD.
