Preventing Odors and Clogging due to FOGs in Sewer Lines

Multiple NextGen Septic/IMET modules can be installed in existing Lift Stations to treat Fats, Oils and Grease (FOGs) and reduce the emission of Hydrogen Sulfide and Mercaptans (odorous) compounds. Clogging of sewer lines and odor emissions from Lift Stations can be minimized by using the NextGen Septic/IMET Modules. NextGen Septic/IMET Modules also inject dissolved oxygen and facultative bacteria into the sewer line that continues to treat the wastewater while flowing towards the centralized treatment plant. This substantially reduces the emission of odors from Headworks. Reduction of Hydrogen sulfide emissions also reduces corrosion of the pump and Lift Station due to reductions in dissolved sulfide. This reduces maintenance costs and pays for the cost of the Modules. The only moving part is the external blower, that is easy to maintain.
